1. Introduction

Welcome to Travel West China. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Definitions

"Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Travel West China, a fully licensed travel agency (License No.: L-XZ00144) established in 1990.

"Service" refers to the travel services, tours, accommodations, and related products offered by our company.

"Client", "You", or "Your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using our services.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 All bookings must be accompanied by the required deposit to secure your reservation.

3.2 Full payment is due 30 days prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking.

3.4 All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure: 90% refund of total payment.

4.2 Cancellations made 30-44 days before departure: 70% refund of total payment.

4.3 Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of total payment.

4.4 Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

4.5 We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

5.1 Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits.

5.2 We will assist in obtaining Tibet travel permits for clients who book Tibet tours with us.

5.3 Clients must ensure their travel documents are valid for at least six months beyond their planned return date.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1 We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings.

6.2 Travel West China is not responsible for any losses, damages, or additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1 Travel West China acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transportation companies, attractions, etc.).

7.2 We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by defect or default of any company or person engaged in providing services.

7.3 We reserve the right to alter itineraries or substitute services if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Health and Safety

8.1 Clients are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate in tours, especially those involving high altitudes or physical activities.

8.2 Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.

8.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, may pose a risk to themselves or others.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in China.

11.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
